With a BSc specializing in pharmacology from the University of Alberta, training in nursing and pharmacy, as well as a medical degree from the University of Calgary (Cumming School of Medicine), my interests have always been far-ranging. My experiences have given me a unique perspective on the healthcare system. I am at my best when I see my actions lead to tangible improvements in other people's lives. A lifelong learner, I currently have a special interest in public health knowledge translation, in addition to cultural safety and trauma-informed practice.
